It was the best. I couldn't speak English well and visited alone, but the staff responded very kindly. The room is in good condition. It's located in the middle of downtown San Francisco, so it's good to go anywhere. Thank you for your kind response.

โArrived early and our room was ready ahead of time. Very welcoming staff. Slept like a baby in the perfectly comfortable firm but not too firm king bed. โ

The room was spacious, including both the bedroom and the bathroom.
The staff were kind and friendly. They also offer free morning coffee and afternoon wine.
If you book with breakfast included (for two people), they give you a $50 voucher per night. A 20% tip, 5% San Francisco health surcharge, and 8.65% sales tax are automatically added to the bill."
