"We had originally planned to stay here for three nights, but we arrived a day late due to bad weather and a cancelled flight. Upon check-in, the staff recognized us and expressed concern, showing they were already aware of the messages we had sent in advance. I am grateful to Diena and the rest of the team. I also appreciate how kindly they handled my questions and requests for assistance throughout our stay. The accommodation was clean, and having laundry facilities was a great convenience for doing our washing during a long trip. We frequently used the ice machine located in the common area during the hot weather and enjoyed having easy access to lemon water in the hotel lobby. One slight downside was that the breakfast menu remained the same. Although we ultimately only had breakfast twice, it would have been disappointing if we had eaten the exact same menu for three days."

"객실은 깨끗했지만 냄새가 좀 났어요. 직원들은 친절했고 아침밥도 괜찮았습니다"
