"Our very expensive suite was beautiful. The staff were friendly. A big shout out for maintenance man, LaBron! However, the staff knew we experienced a couple of issues and offered no compensation for our inconveniences. Day one, after traveling several hours and in desperate need of sleep, our room had a very strong vibration that went on for a couple of hours. Finally, after calling for assistance, they discover a broken ice machine down the hall causing the problem. Next day, the hot water boiler in the tower failed, so ice cold showers. Day 2-3, a backed up bathroom sink. Finally, there was only 1 handicapped parking space near the Tower in the $50 a day self-parking lot. The other two were in the near the doors of the 3 story buildings, which were close to 100 yards from the Tower entrance. This was a feature that we truly needed. The property was pretty, but I think it wouldn't be one we would return too."
