"The staff in this hotel are fantastic, stayed many times, but did notice this time the staff were a little under pressure working flat out, but the staff all happy as usual maybe in busy times more staff should be employed. Still a great hotel with so much history and very reasonable rates"

"The room was ok very dated and in need of an update we upgrade to sea view but still needs updating bed was damp so second night turn bedding down to air it so was a lot better. Bathroom very compact needs modernising. Meals were amazing and staff very helpful couldn't fault it at all . Entertainment was brilliant."
