โThis was a great stay for the night before hiking the west highland way. Although the outside and adjoining facilities look rundown, the room itself was very pleasant, and the check-in staff were friendly, warm, and inviting. Best bedding of the entire trip!โ
โThe location is perfectโright in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. Our room was recently renovated, modern, and very comfortable.
What really stood out was the staff: exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. On Saturday morning, when we discovered that airport taxis in Linlithgow need to be booked in advance, the hotel team stepped in and quickly helped us arrange one. Their support made a big difference to our trip.

โVery comfortable stay and amazing breakfast. We stayed here just one night to get to and from Edinburgh airport. The X18 bus comes right to the property (1hr ride) for about ยฃ5 or you can take a cab (25min) for about ยฃ40. We were pleased to see there were plenty of fast food places around that are open until 11pm or midnight - not all small towns in Scotland are like this. โRobert on reception was accommodating when I arrived around 11pm to no restaurant being openโฆ that was a long day/driveโฆ all staff friendly and helpful. The only negative was I couldnโt pump the shower gel as the metal case was in a weird spotโฆ great breaky. โ
โWe only stayed at the Richmond Park Hotel for one night as we were meeting other family members to do the Boโness & Kinneil steam train trip. The hotel is lovely with welcoming efficient staff. The copper kiln bar & restaurant is cosy and there is an outside area with picnic tables and chairs for summers evenings. We stayed in a superior king room & it was spacious and very comfortable, Bar & food prices are very reasonable and we had an excellent stay.
