"Quarto limpo e novo, aliás, toda a estrutura do hotel muito nova e tudo funciona muito bem. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Café da manhã muito bom e hotel bem localizado. Habitación limpia y moderna; de hecho, todas las instalaciones del hotel son muy nuevas y todo funciona perfectamente. El personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. "We had a fabulous stay. The location is perfect with the metro just outside, so an easy transfer from the airport and back. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Great rooftop pool with plenty of sunbeds and a great view over the city. A short walk to some great restaurants and cocktail bars."

"Really well located hotel opposite the Atocha train station and on the same square as the Reina gallery. Rooms are compact but contain everything you need. The hotel is eco friendly so you may need to let them know if you do want more towels or sheet changes. If you check in online you get complimentary soft drinks and hot drinks during your stay. They have a great rooftop breakfast and coffee area which serves fresh coffee and pastries. Breakfast is buffet style which you have to book a slot for as seating is limited some may find it limited in choice but there are a number of homemade pastries and cakes as well as fresh hummus and guacamole which is worth trying and there was plenty of choice for us. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms have a Bluetooth speaker which is a great touch and to say you are so close to the main road the rooms are quiet with the shutters on the french style balconies (not sufficient to sit out on) working really well to block out the light. We stayed for Mad cool festival and the hotel was perfect for sleeping in after a late night but also close to festival transport. Really hope to visit again."
