"Not your run-of-the-mill hotel. Older property steeped in history with warm, interesting architecture with a lot of heart. Excellent staff -- especially Falcon at the front desk and Raul at the pool bar. I had a little trouble keeping the room temperature constant, but I'll attribute that to user error. Overall a truly enjoyable experience that I hope to repeat soon."

"I just wanted to give a special shoutout to Brianna who went out of her way to wish me a happy birthday! She provided me with some great insight about California seeing as this was my first trip to the West Coast and the staff overall was just so amazing and attentive! They definitely made sure I was taken care of and I know where I’ll be staying when I come back! Thank you so much to the whole Freehand staff!"
