“overall, premier inn chester is good, facilities are new and clean. just when stepping in the room, I found cookie wrapper is left at the corner.”

“Great for what we needed. Very accommodating letting us check in early as required. Good sized room, decent shower. Breakfast was excellent ”

“Lovely weekend stay. The owners are really nice people, the property is absolutely, as was our room. Decent size room for our needs, with everything you could need. Breakfast was fantastic as well”

“Such a nice place to stay and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. My daughter loved the fries from the night before that much that she asked for them again for breakfast 😅 As weird a request it was at 9am, they did them for her. I think things like that really go a long way. We’ll definitely be staying again.”

“The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available.”
