“Not one review stated it. You just need to use car satnav, drive to car park, with same postcode as hotel, then drive in , it automatically recognised your car reg, park up. then use lift and walk to hotel next door carrying luggage 'really easy. Phoenix pub next door, really good happy hr reduced drinks.”

“We found the breakfast to be quite basic, and very poor for gluten free options. The Bar & Grill was good for non GF food & had a lively atmosphere. Our room was ok, but the shower tray in the bathroom was stained, which made it appear dirty. Overall the bathroom needed a bit of updating. The staff were excellent!”

“Good hotel close to West-end transport links into the city centre. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was located to the side of the hotel backing on to the hospital. There appears to be a power or aircon system on the roof of the hospital building giving off a constant buzz/mechanical noise, only dampened by closing the window.”

“Everything was first class, from the check in at reception, to the splendid room. To the Bar and restaurant and then the ease of parking and check out!! Clean, tidy and efficient and at a great location for access to local shops and easy access in and out to the A38 Plymouth Parkway!! Will definitely be staying there again!! They could however improve the beds. They need replacing with more modern ones like other hotels already have done.”
