“I stayed in probably 6-9 different accommodations here in Italy and this one was the best by a long shot. The moment I walked in I was greeted and then the even walked me to my room and offered to take my bags upstairs. I had a delicious lunch at the hotel and when I called to get a massage the said it was doable but expensive at last minute so the recommended the spa which wasn’t being used at the time. “Staff were the best anywhere. They were very helpful with information and anything needed. The hotel is not new or fancy but the authenticity and experience was beyond compare. There was a lot to see and do even for off season. Just a short train ride to Rome and then connections to Pisa, Naples, or other destinations. My husband and I have no complaints.”
