There is a great kids waterpark for families. And the food is all excellent. My only main complaint is the there aren’t a lot of bathrooms on the property. Especially if you’re on the beach…. "

"We had no hot water the entire week. The repair guy came twice and said it couldn't be fixed. We asked for another room, but the room they gave us was worse: no hot water, was even older than the one we had and the AC made a constant loud banging noise. We moved back to the old room. The food wasn't very good. The main buffet was closed and moved to the theatre, not ideal for food service. The staff was nice, though not very helpful. The pools were dirty. and some broken/missing tiles. I have been to roughly 10 resorts in Mexico. This was the second-worst. Desperately needs upgrading. "

"The entertainment team was amazing and really made the trip fun and memorable. The food was average overall, but the sushi bar was definitely my favorite. The beach was beautiful and very enjoyable. One thing that could be improved is the pool seating, chairs were usually all taken by 8 a.m. each day. Our son and fiancée had a room facing the street, and it was pretty loud with traffic, honking and noise from nearby construction. Thankfully, our beach-facing room was much quieter and had a great view. The location was excellent, and overall we would definitely recommend staying here!"
