"Everything was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The pool area was amazing, the pool was very enjoyable, and the poolside seating was extremely comfortable. We especially loved the pool activities like bingo and exercise sessions; they were really fun and well organized. Ludin was a very nice and funny guy who did an excellent job with the entertainment and made the activities even more enjoyable. The only small recommendation we would give to the resort staff is to consider placing coffee creamers in the rooms, so guests can make coffee easily without needing to go downstairs or ask for them. Other than that, everything was perfect and truly met and even exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort."

"Excellent stay, excellent service. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. Any requests / issues were resolved at speed. Will definitely return. A few nitpicks: - Checkout is a bottleneck; long lines, it can take 30 min on line before you can checkout. This process needs to be improved. - The ban being allowed to carry food back to the room from all inclusive restaurants is not a good policy. It should be changed."
