“The room was nice. It was small but they clearly state the size so you know before you book. The floors in the bathroom are heated and the shower is nice. Staff was very friendly and it is conveniently located near several tube stations. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“This was not the hotel for me. Kind staff. Friendly for the most part. But this hotel is basic, basic, basic. The lobby is not warm and welcoming. It’s got a hostel feel to it. My room was on the ground floor through a little door by the bar. Navigating with luggage was hard. When checking out I had to run a gauntlet of vacuums, wires, mops, chairs and a couple of folks trying to just eat. The room is tiny. I get the concept but this hotel didn’t do it for me. “For my little one’s exam trip. Urgently booked due to a sudden booking error for another apartment hotel on that same day(actually night), but experienced special. Gave us free room upgrade and a little cute fluffy Corgi dog which is hotel signature for his good luck. The breakfast was super qualified and my son told me a lot about it. Touched by your exceptional kindness and excellency. ”
