โWe really enjoyed staying here. The price was right, the proximity to Napa ideal. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast, including a tofu scramble for our vegetarian. The registration desk person was friendly and welcoming. The grounds are lovely, with a central pond that had white geese swimming in it. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. Aspects of the room were a little shabby but clean as a whistle so really no complaints. A very nice...

โWas not expecting much for the price and this property delivered very little. Too many issues to mention in a few words but, suffice it to say, it should be unlawful to rent a room to anyone without a functional smoke detector installed.
This renders the property a public-safety hazard.
I paid for two nights, stayed one. Not worth risking my life to save a few bucks.

โGood location for traveling to Lake Tahoe from San Francisco. Close to shopping malls and various types of restaurants within a few minutes driving. The facility was good and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good quality. โ
โI booked a nights' stay to be near mother who was being admitted to boarding care. There was a glitch in her transfer and I was unable to modify my reservation to the new admissions date. Lost my reservation and money, and was charged even more money for a new reservation. Hotels.com said it was a hotel policy; the hotel said it was hotels.com.โ
"The hotel is being renewed, so there is a construction noise.The room is clean and modern.I gave up taking a shower twice because the hot water didn't come out. I only used the free breakfast for one day. They give me free wine in the evening, but I didn't use it."
