“직원이 친철합니다”

“Good location for traveling to Lake Tahoe from San Francisco. Close to shopping malls and various types of restaurants within a few minutes driving. The facility was good and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good quality. ”

“새로 지어 깨끗합니다”

“The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy and plentiful, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, a pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this place!”

“We were unable to stay at the hotel. The man at the front desk informed us and two other groups of guests that we could not be accommodated because the computer system was down; he told us to leave and said the payments would be refunded. It was already 10 PM at the time. Reservations should not have been accepted under such circumstances. Although it was agreed that the payment would be refunded, the refund has not yet been processed. I request that this be handled as soon as possible.”

“We like this hotel for its amenities and friendly, helpful staff; it is close to Sacramento and in an convenient area.”

“Worst place to stay!!!”
