“arrived early, was told room not ready, about an hour wait. Ok, no problem. came back 2.5 hours later, past check-in time at this point (3:30) and room still not ready. AC/heating unit not working. AC running full blast, not able to turn down or off all day/night. No other room to switch to, no maintenance person came.”

“Clean comfortable well maintained hotel. Acceptable breakfast. If your crew is 5 choose king bed and sofa bed room. They don’t accommodate extrabed in the two queen beds room. They gave us room with small kitchen and utensils it was good [this room has dish washer too!!] but you need to bring you dish washer soap. I definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Fine stay for a couple of nights.”

“Very wide room, and very clearn. Especially flowers are very beautiful at yard.”

“We initially had a problem with TV and coffee maker not working but we appreciate the staff’s effort to fix right away. We feel the price was right and perfectly located to see the sights of New Port. The trolley ride that included seeing The Breakers mansion was easy for us seniors with mobility issues. Thank you!”
