While the cleanliness of the room and the lack of transportation options could be considered minor downsides, the room quality was still reasonable given the price. Since I was already aware of the isolated location, it wasn't an issue for me.”
“Beautiful hotel in amazing settings. Our first stay here and we visit the New Forest every year. We won’t be staying anywhere else in the future. Lovely atmosphere, excellent food and wine, lovely gardens and the service was outstanding. Plus ev charger so we left with a full charge for the next leg of our journey!”

“Really nice and quaint hotel. Conveniently located near shopping centre, restaurants and motorway. Spa facilities were good. Room sizes are great but slightly dated and could be better maintained. Thought out room facilities and amenities really well! Staff were fantastic - really friendly and helpful!”
“Have stayed here many times because we love the area. Bathroom is needing an upgrade, dirty and curtains are shabby. Beds are clean and comfortable, hot drink facilities are good and excellent access to Costa and McDonald’s.”

Although there is no elevator in the hotel, staff were available to carry up the luggage. The staff were very pleasant and eager to help and assist.”
