"Beautiful hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with great view of Mount Fuji. Quiet location outside of town. Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. More free amenities than most hotels, like free coffee all day. Would highly recommend to stay here"

"This was a good hotel for me and my family. Location was good and they had a free shuttle back to the center of town and bus station. I really appreciated the washing machines and that the front desk staff spoke passable English. I really don't like the self check in machines the hotels use in Japan and this hotel was no exception. I can't speak to the breakfast since we left too early in the morning to enjoy it. Overall it was a good stay and very affordable, especially since I needed 4 rooms."

"The room was amazing and Mt. Fuji was extremely visible from the room. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond! We only wish the activities, cafe were closer to the room or if they would shuttle you to the cafe. To many steps to deal with."

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and the staff were kind and welcoming. "For only staying two days, I was very impressed. The staff are great, rooms are larger than most in Japan, Onsen was amazing (had to use skin tape over tattoos to go in), breakfast was good. The only thing I will say is the area in which this hotel resides is a bit questionable during the night, though I never had any issues. Would absolutely stay there again."
