“The property is beautiful and staff are kind and friendly. My only issue was with the beach front property. Due to the Sargassum issue, the smell is horrible and making it hard to spend time on the beach or on the beautiful balcony. I would recommend staying at the lagoon side if you’re heading there. Other than that, I would definitely return. ”

“Property is beautiful, staff are great, amenities are good. Additional restaurants etc. are a short walk or golf cart ride away in the village of Hopkins. The areas that could improve slightly are the number of sun beds by the main pool by Charlie's bar. There were 9 beds which were regularly taken but room for several more. “This hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall experience felt luxurious and effortless. The staff made everything even better with their attention to detail and great service. Definitely a place I would come back to and highly recommend!”
