Not sure what is the point of the $45 resort charge, there were not alot of extra ammenities to warent that. Location is the best feature. Pool and view are great”

“This hotel was exceptionally clean and inviting, modern new furniture, bright white sheets and pillowcases, beautiful and clean towels... The staff was wonderful, specifically Sunshine and Sydney! Both very pleasant, friendly, and respectful, a beautiful example of southern hospitality!!”

“Broken fridge, toilet barely flushed and the glass sliding door to balcony had a completely broken lock and was very difficult to open and close. Also, the continental breakfast wasn't stocked very well... Disappointing. ”

“The stay started badly. The room was full of fruit flies. I told the staff about it on my way out to dinner, i was told they would take care of it. Came back to the room after 12 and the flies were still in there. They were surrounding outside of the room door as well. I called customer service and responded immediately. This was arround 1:45am. He came and helpef move us to another room. Around 7am i got up to use the restroom and there was a roach on the bathroom flloor and no hot water for...

Our room was on the second floor and we feel that we had two separate encounters with a spirit. The only negative I have is the gal behind the front desk could’ve been more inviting and friendly.”

“a nice hotel, but the breakfast was quite disappointing..a paper box with a sugary muffin, a sour fruit cup, and a tiny cup of orange juice. not thoughtful or satisfying. To make matters worse, getting this breakfast required scanning a QR code, visiting a third party website, and entering my personal information just to make a reservation. Honestly, it might have been better not to offer anything at all. No one would expect to go through this much trouble just to get such a mediocre breakfast...
