“전반적으로 이런저런 문제가많습니다 전혀 5성급의 서비스를 기대하기는 힘듭니다 문앞에 도어맨이 3명이있었는데도 아내의 큰캐리어를 도와줄생각도안하고 자기들끼리 놀고있습니다 프런트도 업그레이드 가능시 업그레이드방으로 예약했지만 전현 기대하지마세요 조금의 친절함도 찾아볼수가없네요 이그젝큐티브 라운지 직원들만 친절하네요^^”

“여행 마지막날 스파 이용하니 피곤했던 몸도 풀리고 좋았어요. 우리나라처럼 스파에 쓰는 물이 좋은것 같진 않고, 추운날씨에 노천 월풀 같은것이 좋았어요.”

“We booked two night- three days, but they didnt change new towel, fill water and clean garbage. Best thing which makes us so angry is that no answer from our ring, even never hang up the interphone. Clean and fresh but hard to connect staffs. Never to use next time. ”

“Had a fantastic weekend at the Ramside whilst visiting friends in the area. Room was lovely. Clean, comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. Lovely view across the green to the treehouses. Very quiet we will definitely be back ”

“Farnham is large estate property that offers a range of services and activities. The woodland walk was delightful and calming while the lobby bar provided a great cup of coffee and and delicious evening meal when we arrived at 8pm. We were at the Farnham Estate for a wedding. The food and service from the staff was excellent.”

“Lovely place to stay out of town and surrounded by beautiful gardens. There is a bus about 50m away that goes to York. Great place to stay and explore the area, then come home to an excellent spa and gym. Only grizzle is that the pillows weren’t great and I think if you’re staying there you should get a spa towel without paying for it! Make sure to book any spa treatment or restaurant early as they book out. ”

“We had stayed in Jersey previously and were severely let down by the standard of accommodation so we decided to choose something more luxurious and the Grand Jersey Hotel did not disappoint. We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! The staff were first class, attentive throughout the hotel and we couldn't fault the superb service. The price of food and drinks were what we expected for a 5 star hotel...
