“Basically the worst. I found men's underwear and trousers in the hotel bathroom. They told me they will give me $20 discount. The owner of the hotel was extremely aggressive and defensive when I told him I found men's underwear in the toilet. Seemed like somebody was in a hurry, and the underwear was extremely dirty.”

“everyone was very attentive and friendly. Love Ms Karen at the breakfast bar, she was amazing , friendly and very helpful with the waffle making. The housekeeping staff kept our room with clean towels and clean wastebasket . Thank you all very much . We couldn't control our AC when we arrive but once it got cold outside we called and a young man came and got the heat working so all was well. ”

“Really nice property and very helpful staff. Area around the hotel is pretty, with lots of places to sit and watch the geese. Rooms are okay--be sure to get a "suite" or a double, as the single rooms are very small. Bathing facilities are pretty rudimentary--could use a shower seat or a bathtub. "Breakfast" is weak coffee and orange or apple juice.”

“Our room was very clean. The hallways were a bit over powering with the strong scent of their plug in air freshener but a clean facility. ”

“We had a beautiful, clean room with a very comfortable bed. The grounds were beautiful and the hosts had a lot of little extras to make your stay even more special. Such as a frozen lemonade stand on the porch. We were very happy with our stay.”

“I had a very late arrival because of long travel and the Owner graciously met me after the hotel had closed and gave me my key. This is east of Yale by about half an hour drive and I stayed here for Yale graduation. The room was large, clean, and spacious, and there was adequate parking. The premises felt safe for a lady solo traveler. Would highly recommend, especially for any Yale function because it is an easy drive, very findable. Many thanks to the Owner!”
