“It looked good”

“I checked in to this hotel on July 4th. I had clearly reserved a room with one king bed through Expedia, but was given a room with two queen beds instead. This was the hotel's mistake, not mine. After pointing this out, they moved us to a king room—the room we originally paid for. No apology, no explanation. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The new room had a clogged sink that wouldn’t drain at all. We called the front desk, and it took 30 minutes for someone to show up. The...

“The staff were so helpful, accommodating, and kind! They went above and beyond and I am so appreciative of them. Really made my stay here an absolute pleasure. Thanks again for going above and beyond!”

“I had asked for my room to be cleaned I came back from a long day an it wasn’t cleaned I was told they forgot … than I received a knock at my door at 9am from house keeping asking if I was still in the room the day I had to check out … I wasn’t sure why they went out the way to knock at 9 am when check outs at 11am but couldn’t clean my room when I had asked but very admitted on checking of if I was still there”

“I asked for water and it never came. The rest was good. Coffee is very good”

“This is my favorite place to stay in Smithfield. Clean room, adequate fitness center (there's a recumbent cycle; that's all I need) and a pool, although I didn't use it. I love the included breakfast, although I usually skip the rubbery omelets. Front desk staff is always helpful, and the bed is comfy.”

“This hotel is said to clean the room only once a week. So the floor of the room is a bit messy. Maybe because it's next to the hospital, there seem to be a lot of long-term guests, and overall, I don't recommend choosing this hotel for a family trip.”

“Overall a good experience...room was clean, shower pressure was good, breakfast options were also good, friendly staff...only down side was room location, by an exit and stairwell, alot of noise and thru traffic, but all in all, would stay there again”

“This is the first time I sleep with a rat running on the floor.”

“Everything was excellent”
