“Room (2 quuens) on 4th floor was updated but lobby and flooring near front desk and elevator are torn up. Almost fell down by tripping on torn up flooring. Breakfast the same stuff served at every CIS and most people will eat but I find it laks on how quality sugarfee Greek yogurt and fresh bananas. Most hotels have way too overrides bananas which have higher glycemic index and just taste mushy. “The property is under renovation. Doors are difficult to enter room. The pool was down, beds are hard like plywood box, Sheets had hair on them, shower wasn’t clean. No sofa bed/couch as stated in room choice to accommodate number of people. No receipt given for deposit nor proof of stay. Cancelled room within 10 minutes of being there. “Pros: Staff was very helpful. Rooms were large. Cons: No weekend breakfast buffet even tho advertised. Housekeeping failed to make up beds although they cleaned the bathroom. Close to interstate very loud -ask for a room not facing the interstate. ”
