"Nice clean property. Checked in with a family of 4 after a 14 hour car ride from south Florida. Went to bed and got up at 6 am. Everyone was in line for a nice hot shower, only to find that there was no water pressure and just a slight trickle from the shower head. Very disappointing. Ask to talk to a employee and they said , yes, no water pressure. She then said that other patrons said the same thing, including the military personnel staying there. She then walked away and no one else was around at the desk."

"Took 3 staff members, 2 hours to find my reservation, which was booked through the Home Office website. Parking is a joke. They took what used to be guest parking in the front and made the whole area very expensive valet parking. When you want your car the valet walks a few feet to get it, if you used self parking you have to walk a block and a half. Customer centered thinking suggests it should be the other way around. I met two couples in the elevator who were issued keys to rooms that were already occupied."

"I think this hotel was "average"...a 3.5. I graded it a little lower because the room had a bit of a sweaty clothes smell and the bathroom countertop was tiny. We opened the window for a bit (the temp was in the mid 60s outside) &, after, ran the AC. However, when we returned from dinner, the slight smell was still there. The breakfast was good & included scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits, gravy, bread, bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice, muffins & fruit. The desk staff was kind & helpful. We had dinner at El Bandido, after a recommendation from the desk agent. The food was good & the prices were very reasonable. The location of this hotel was in close proximity to some of the hiking & sightseeing we were doing."
