โIf you are interested in the Victory or the Mary Rose it is right across the street. Super great. Parking down the street was easy but prefer not to have to do it. But if you have to remote park, it wasn't a big deal. It was pretty easy.โ
โSt Marys Gate Inn looked extremely comfortable, clean and welcoming in the photo's online. Believe me when I say, it is much much more when you arrive.
Welcomed by Lola on arrival (we were much earlier than expected) we were shown a table for Sunday lunch straight away (Food is excellent both flavours and presentation). โLoved our stay here, sad it was only for one night. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and very welcoming. Next day for breakfast the staff, I didnโt catch her name, very lovely too. My little daughters being divas loved the style of the hotel and the big chandelier ๐ will defo return :) โ

โA lovely pub/reataurant with rooms. We stayed in โThe Apartmentโ that sleeps up to six people, with two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Four of us stayed comfortably and we will definitely stay here again. We had dinner and breakfast there, the food was lovely, and service second to none. The decor is a little outdated but that doesn't affect the stay at all. The pub was decent and although we didnt try the food, the menu looked great.โ
โThe comfiest hotel bed I have slept on in a long while, spacious room (perfect for an overnight stay after a late night party), bathroom was spacious enough and had all the basic essentials needed. Would deffo stay again!โ
