I then asked how long do I get to stay, another lady said the charge was £17 and I was getting a refund. I was refunded the money with no apology just a mumbling about commission!"

Also an electronic beeping noise all night from I think either the door lock or the room card key holder (very annoying) Breakfast was really nice but chaotic as only 1 staff member trying to hold the fort. At least 10 rooms all descended on the breakfast room at 8am and with only 1 person running it, it was slow and chaotic. Like I said though, the actual breakfast was excellent. Just needs a bit of attention. Otherwise nice place to stay"
