Conveniently located near to the train station ( EDB ), about 8-9 minutes walk and right on the Royal mile. Groceries, coffee shops and restaurants are readily available nearby. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again."

"Lovely stay in a nice clean room, 2 minutes away from Leith Walk and trams and buses into town if so desired. Bed was very comfortable and room could easily sleep 2 or 3 as there was a single bed as well. Well worth the stay and great value for money."

"Location is goo right near the train station and royal mile. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for the price. Breakfast was a good buffet spread but pretty expensive at 18 pounds per person. The elevators were down while we were there and we did see some questionable characters in the lobby at night, but for the elevator and stairs it required a room key. The door did close a bit slowly behind you when taking the stairs unless you pulled it shut. "
