“Great pub underneath with super friendly and helpful staff, happy to put Rugby on for us and added bonus if staying discounted drinks. Room was clean, bed was comfy and shower was great. Secondary glassing meant that even sat night was quiet and no noise heard from the pub either. Seemed to have a leak in hallway but didnt impact out stay and they were addressing. Tube close by and park, free parking at weekends 17 min walk away which was great. Would stay again”

“Wonderful customer service. I phoned to say that I would be late for final check in (10pm) and Alexandra, the lovely lady on the front desk, made sure I was checked in dignity and made me feel so safe about arriving late. This was my second time visiting The Swan for work trips to Blyton Park track. Couldn’t recommend this B&B enough. Perfect for solo female travellers.”

“We couldn't fault anything. Staff we're friendly. We had an evening meal and breakfast both we're very good. We stayed in the Brewers Cottage a really lovely cosy room. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for the end of July.”

“Excellent stay for a family of four in a great location with lots of options for food nearby. Breakfast and pub dinner were superb and very good quality. Thank you for a great stay.”

“Beautiful building, great location. Safe and clean. My room was a bit of a squeeze, but otherwise it had all I needed for a 2 night stay. I was on the ground floor with a lovely double door exit to a pebble-stone courtyard (great for keeping the room refreshed).”

“We stayed at The George Hotel as a midway stop that provided easy access to Bath. We had a standard twin room which was hidden in the back corridors of the hotel. The room was gloomy and in need of an upgrade. It doesn’t match any of the pictures offered by the hotel. Go for the premium rooms they may be what I saw and expected. The room was directly above the outdoor bar area so was quite noisy until 11:20pm. Don’t try to check in slightly early as you are unable to do so. Secured parking is...
