"Staff was so attentive and made the stay even better. Our housekeeper was the best and made sure we were well taken care of. Front desk was very quick and the check in/out process was so easy. Valet was also extremely quick and loved that someone was always there to open our doors. Food and drinks were also great and the atmosphere was amazing. One of my favorite hotels I’ve been to and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. The only thing I wish is that the bathrooms in the hotel were somewhat upgraded. The tubs are outdated and the shower head could be much better. Definitely plan on coming back and this will for sure be my go to Hotel in San Antonio."

"The room was beautiful, however there was zero body wash in the shower. My friends room had a French fry on the floor by the chair and a tic tac on the floor when you walked into the room. But overall the rooms were very nice. The breakfast was great! The rooftop bar was really nice but the music was so incredibly loud."
