This is a fantastic property, especially from the villas. Well spaced, great views, good rooms and facilities. Outstanding. Easy access (25 mins) to Hoi An, but peaceful on its own. Great gym and spa; food was high quality with an outstanding breakfast

Had a fabulous stay at the Renaissance . Staff and service were great and the view from pool and beach was spectacular Not so easy to get into town for other dining options but easy and so cheap to use Grab Booked a suite which was enormous and worth the extra money

Great relaxing stay!
We had a wonderful stay at VinPearl Resort and Spa. The reception staff, room sea view and appointment were superb as was the swim in the ocean and pool! The wait/bar staff are friendly and amazing and try very hard to understand your requests. We had a beautiful Massage which was very good and relaxing. Breakfast is varied and fresh - can be busy and noisy on weekends but manageable. We had room service and cocktails at bar which was great! We used Grab a bit to eat out although taxis are available- concierge very obliging!

Amazing hotel
This is one of the most amazing hotels we have ever stayed at. We were upgraded to a suite and the views were spectacular. Full gym and huge pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommmend!

For 2 days in a row we had to ask for clean towels. They took the dirty ones but not replacing them. When we asked what was the reason, they said that because there are too many customers they didn't have time to clean and replace them. Unacceptable for a 5 stars rating hotel. Food quality and choice are at a 4 stars hotel at best!

Noisy "neighbors"!!!
The staff are friendly, unfortunately we had no rest as we were put next to very noisy "neighbors". We have a 3y old child and needed a break away. We had to phone reception at midnight to deal with the situation, but it only got sorted out later. The manager apologized, but it didn't fix the problem of us wasting money and time there. Sad but true...

Fantastic stay for our honeymoon!

Beautiful villas and resort, bad service.
We booked the villa which is beautiful but the foods at the restaurant for room service was bad, all services were not good, cleaning crew did not clean well, bathrooms was not clean, breakfast was self serve, no one take us to the table, no one removed the dirty plates. Check out was long, they charged us 1 bottle of water Evian for 120,000 dong which we did not use. No good restaurants around, far of everything.

Beautiful villa with a big pool
The 3BR Villa we stayed at was beautiful, and the private pool is a lot bigger than I imagined. However, the cleanliness could be improved - we found a live cockroach in the bedroom upstairs on the 2nd day and another dead one in the living room on the 3rd day. The fixtures in the rooms should be properly maintained as well - we've got a leaking ceiling in both the rooms on level 1 on separate occasions, and spoilt plugs and etc. The wall separating our villa and the next one was too low so we often hear partying noises from our neighbours at night after 10pm as they were partying in the pool. Nevertheless the staffs working at Vinpearl were very friendly and helpful, they definitely made the stay more enjoyable.

Although we were a little annoyed about extra charges for using tennis rackets and expensive prices for food n what not, the staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast buffets was the best we had in Vietnam. We made the mistake of not realizing the beach wasn’t accessible and that would be the only reason we wouldn’t come back. Other than that our stay was very nice. It’s a beautiful resort with a grand lobby, with very well manicured grounds. There’s a clinic here too which was convenient

Rooms looks bit tired , Restaurant meals ( buffet) are ok. No beach access, bus transfer to a nearby beach. No shops or restaurants near the hotel

The spa is amazing. Hotel staff attentive. The food was amazing. Pool delicious. Bummer- no beach access but there is a free 15 minute shuttle to beach near by. And a free shuttle into Hoi An.

The sea front villa was spectacular. I will definitely recommend it. I would have like the villa better stocked. Outside of 4 cups, there was nothing else. Should have glasses, wine glasses, corkscrew, some plates and tableware at minimum. There needs to be a dish cloth and dish soap. The rest of the condo was lovely and the seaside pool spectacular. Buffet breakfast at the hotel dining room was very good with nice international selection of food. All in all, I would recommend for friends or families with children.

Outstanding resort. Loved our stay here stay were so helpful and friendly. Whole resort was immaculate. Breakfast offering was good. Free shuttle to Hoi An ancient town was a nice touch as not much to do in the evenings although they had movie night a couple of nights a week in the restaurant. Can’t wait to return

All staff was very attentive and friendly. We found that the pool villa to be in excellent condition for two families. Only thing we found was that there was no pots, pan, cutlery and glasses in the cupboards even though it was a very nice kitchen with stove and oven. It would be better to have these pre-stocked up w/ these general items as we had to request and wait for them to be delivered.

Great pool villa
The 3 bedroom pool villa was great. If you are looking for total relaxation with your family, and would like to spend the whole day swimming, eating, and relaxing, this is the place to be. Close to the old town with free shuttle is a plus.

Fantastic stay
Wonderful stay. The Hotel location very scenic and visusally pleasing. The service was really great. Superb hospitality. Lily at the concierge welcomed us and was very helpful and friendly. Ugras (pronounced Urash) took good time to talk to the guests. Chef Vlad took special care to understand our vegetarian requirement and cooked some customized dishes for us. Overall loved the stay and enjoyed the treatment. Not to forget the spa, very convenient and lots of treatment choices. Will definitely come again to Vinpearl

Family holiday at resort. 8 adults.
A quick overview of our stay: -The staff are friendly however lack experience and training. They seem they have been thrown in the deep end and are doing their best to cope with a range of different tourists and languages. -The pool side food choices are limited, however the service is friendly. Breakfast buffet has a range of options and very delicious food and beverages. -The spa section of the resort is professional and relaxing, the services were of a high standard. -Buses to and from Hoi An Old town do not run frequently and often are overbooked. -Pool is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds for all guests. Stayed at VinPearl Phu Quoc in 2014 was very impressed with service, food, activities and staff. Unfortunately my expectations did not match up when booking VinPearl Hoi An Spa and Resort. I booked a 7 night stay for my Mum's 60th birthday in January this year. When we arrived we were told 1 out of 4 rooms did not have a balcony (although we paid for it). We were then told 1 room would be on the opposite side of the complex rather than on the same level as promised when booking. Furthermore we waited over an hour past the check in time for one of our rooms. Not something you expect for a 5 star resort.
