Our TV did not work and was told that we would need to wait for IT after the weekend to provide support, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the shower water smelled like sewage, with the odour lingering in the room for hours. The pool also had green algae around the edges. The buffet breakfast offered a reasonable selection. We were booked for four nights but chose to check out after one. We raised these issues at checkout and were advised that the room was non-refundable."
