“Our room was very dirty. There was pink scum around the basin and bath. Cobwebs above the bath. The laminate flooring was uneven and chipped. There were food crumbs in the bedside drawers. I don’t think this room has been cleaned for a while. Breakfast was ok. The fridge where the bottle milk was kept in the breakfast room had dirty stains and hair on the bottom of it. I’m glad the milk was in capped bottles. The staff were very friendly. I guess this place was cheap for a reason!!!”

“Great location. Walking distance to downtown Salisbury. Free parking is very handy. Of course, A/C is the main reason for us to stay there. The only problem we have is the EV chargers don’t take credit card or debit card which is very inconvenient because we don’t want to download another app to charge the car especially the app has very low ratings.”

“The historic aspect of the hotel is unique and quaint. The proximity to the river, the walking path into town thru the meadows and past gardens is stunning. The vistas of the countryside and flora and fauna were truly spectacular. Staff were helpful, rooms are snug - but clean and comfortable. A memorable stay. Will return & recommend to others. A great base point for visits to local sights such as the Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum castle ruins, Stonehenge, and the New Forest area.”

“Het ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Er waren verschillende soorten vers fruit, warme gerechten en nog veel meer. Erg vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was heel klein en warm. We hadden een piep klein raam daardoor kwam er weinig frisse lucht binnen. De matras was smal en oud. Je voelt de veren erdoor komen. Ik zou niet meer terug gaan naar dit hotel.”

“Booked two rooms for a large family and was not next to each other. The rooms were okay, no Aircon and it was 27+ degrees so the rooms were roasting overnight. There was two fans in each room but didn't really help much. Plus the choice had to be made between using the fans or the plug sockets for other items. One of the rooms had a few broken items, the plastic surround where you tap the card was broken and half on,which fell off and we clipped back on ourselves and oe of the fan plugs was...

“화장실이 방 바깥에 있어서 여럿이 같이 써야하는 걸 제외하면 이 가격대에 이만한 숙소는 없다고 봅니다. 솔즈버리 시내랑 먼 것도 아니고. 음식도 왠만한 호텔보다 나아요.”
