"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. "Had the most wonderful experience, the hotel was lovely and the staff were so kind and thoughtful and professional. We stayed in the room with the half open air bath and it was so relaxing. We booked a private onsen bath and the waters were very soothing. The room itself was beautiful, and very comfortable to sleep in. "Very clean room including the bathroom and shower considering it is shared. The staff was very nice and accommodating towards us even as foreigners. Staying at a ryokan is a bit of a culture shock but after the first night it you warm up to it and get a great experience. Food was also delicious."
