I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. “Comfortable and located right on the ocean front. They have dedicated parking which is a big plus as parking seems to be in short supply in the immediate area. Also there is a restaurant next door with excellent food. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Beautiful property to explore! The rooms were very spacious with huge windows to enjoy the views of the property. The bathroom has a perfect layout with a big walk in shower. The king bed was super comfy and large flat screen made the room very relaxing when taking a break or getting ready for bed. The property had all the best things to enjoy like the kayaks, bicycles, and the pool with bar. I highly recommend staying at Hyatt Regency when visiting Puerto Rico!”
