“The staff were very personable and went out of their way to change our room. The first room was dirty, but the one we received after that had been cleaned very well. The smell of the cleaning agent was a bit overwhelming though. Everything that I saw on the property needs to be updated.”

“I was put in an extremely unsafe situation. I was attending a wedding in Newport and knew that it would be a late night. For the purpose of safety, I thought it was smart to book a room to crash in for a few hours , instead of hitting the road late night. To be horror…. Booking this reservation was the most unsafe situation I’ve ever been in at a hotel. When I arrived, the lobby was clouded with smoke and there were SEVERAL dogs barking and scratching at doors.
