"I felt everything's a challenge. You have to pay for a k-cup of coffee in your room. If you're lucky enough to have a coffee maker in your room. The room was decent in the re-habbed tower. Very stinky smokey. Bought a $15 bottle of wine from the gift shop for $54.00. Housekeeping never came."

"Loved my Terrace suite. Love the whole vibe of the hotel. Great restaurants in the same tower so did not have to walk far. Beauty and Essex and STK were amazing. The marquee Day club was fun. Great overall experience."

"Checking in was a very long line, although it moved quickly, there was no one available to help answer questions or point us in the right direction. After getting on the wrong elevator another customer of the hotel helped point us in the right direction and someone in the arcade did too. When we got to the right elevator it was broke and we waited in line with about 100 others waiting for it to resume operations. I wouldn’t have minded to take the stairs but couldn’t find those either. We parked in the parking lot as we did the year prior for the event at the speedway we were there to attend"
