“It was a 8.5/ 10 experience. Everyone was friendly. We did have an issue with the front desk picking up the phone for an extra towel request but if you need more, just do down to the spa, that’s what we ended up doing! I eventually went downstairs and was told they were short staffed and busy so I found a way to get more on my own.
