"Great hotel"

"The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good surprise for us that breakfast was included with our stay. We ate there a couple of mornings and meals were good. Also, included with our stay were light snacks (quesadillas, pizza, paninis, muffins, coffee) and dos x 24 hrs a day. The rooms were a bit small but we didnt spend much time in our rooms other than to rest for short while and sleep. Raul, was really friendly, helpful and informative throughout our 7 day stay. The location of the hotel was great, it was around the corner from all the Dia De Los Muertos festivities. I will definitely be back and a stay at El Zocalo Central."

"ULIVE Mexico City on Isurgentes was a great stay. It’s located pretty central to many spots in the heart of Roma Norte. Check-in process was okay I guess. The people working at the front desk are no help at all. Additionally, I am disabled and use a walker/wheelchair and one of the reasons I booked this place was for the rooftop terrace but wasn’t able to enjoy it because the elevator does not go up to the terrace floor and there are no ramps inside. So that was unfortunate. Otherwise I would perhaps stay here again IF there were no other options available."

"La habitación tenía un área de jacuzzi (fuera de servicio ) , el problema es que tiene un traga luz que irradiaba luz del día desde el amanecer y no se podía descansar . Solicité me ayudaran a la 6 am para imprimir una hoja , la recepcionista me mandó a buscar un oficina externa, que ellos no ayudaban en eso ."
