“Unfortunately we were not offered the two bedroom apartment we had booked, instead we were offered a one bed apartment with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. “We visited with out 3 girls during half term. We really liked the layout of the apartment and it had everything we needed (although we forgot to take towels which weren't supplied - our bad!) “Our recent stay in this lovely, stylish house was extremely enjoyable. The house had everything we needed for our stay and for a family of five. There are four bedrooms, two singles (on on ground floor and one on second floor) plus a king sized bedroom on second floor and a nice double on the first floor.
