"It was very cool and convenient for us to stay at this hotel. However: when we arrived, there was a flood in the stairs, elevators were not working and we were unable to go to the roof to see the pool and the view. Unfortunate, these things happen. Also I was unaware, that even guests had to pay to use the roof top pool area after a certain time. It should be included with the stay. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang wet towels, other than on hooks so close together it was difficult to fit to bath towels side by side. The walk in shower floor is slippery, the glass partition, insufficient to stop water from getting out onto the bathroom floor. Fortunately I brought my own lotion and a shower cap, which was removed by the cleaning staff from off the sink vanity. I can't imagine trying to hang a winter coat on the hooks hanger in that area. It was obvious the rooms were designed by a man that did not spend the night. The food in the restaurant/food hall was good and the staff delightful. I am grateful the mid-century terminal has found a new purpose. I have fond memories of visiting when my Mom worked for BOAC at the IAB & later BA in the new terminal to welcome the Concord."

"I spent a lot of time reading reviews searching for a great hotel in Times Square, so I'm happy to write one on behalf of Arlo. The stay was excellent, the hotel has a great vibe. Excellent location, easily walkable to both MSG/Penn Station and Times Square. The food was excellent at the restaurant and the cafe. Rooftop deck was awesome! The staff was super helpful and friendly. It seems silly to recommend a hotel over great elevators but this was a perk for us after previously having stayed up the street at a big name hotel and having to wait for up to 10 PACKED elevators before being able to get on. There are 5 elevators and we never waited for more than a minute. I will definitely stay there again."

"a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless, and the location is absolutely amazing. The beds are super comfortable I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom is a bit on the smaller side, but that’s just a tiny detail because the shower is incredible! Powerful and relaxing, exactly what you need after a long day of exploring. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!"
