"This hotel its now on ny top 3 hotels in NYC. Very accessible location, literally right next to Grand Terminal Central. Very walkable to different tourist attractions (empire state, Library, Chrysler building just around the corner, Times Square, 5th Ave.) Even tho its on a very transitable avenue, noise wasn’t even a concern. We had also very walkable food options to have breakfast/dinner. Staff were very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend it."

"I enjoyed having plenty of staff on hand in the lobby keeping the hotel safe and clean. I also enjoyed having some access to the roof top to enjoy the views of the city. Loved having the outdoor space across from the hotel where you could sit in a park setting and enjoy a cup of coffee on clean benches and tables."

"Was a good hotel overall although breakfast queue system was out of this world. Never saw it before. However, staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were comfy."

"Room was very comfortable, great location. My only complaints would be: not much shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries and A/C is a window unit which didn't seem to be doing much when the blinds were closed. I was there on an extremely hot August weekend, so this might not be an issue in cooler months. Still, would definitely consider staying again."

"This property is in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. We felt safe the entire time. I would stay here again. The reason for only 4 stars is that the water dispenser did not work on our floor. Also, the AC unit wasn’t working but they came shortly after phoned at 11:00pm and fixed it. Also, the kitchen sink did not drain. Everything else was excellent."
