“Staff were very kind and considerate during the stay.
Unfortunately, the rooms leaked a lot of sound. We are aware we’d likely hear the road during our stay due to proximity, but we hadn’t considered we might hear every move and sound from the surrounding rooms. Due to the design of the building, the five rooms attached to ours could be heard. This was e”

“Exactly the location we needed, came with 9.0 rating and added breakfast for £1.50 each.
Room was compact but fresh and functional, had a good nights sleep and refreshing shower in the morning.
Breakfast hit the spot and GF option available.
It’s a super overnighter but wouldn’t stay for a longer stay due to its position on edge of a major road.”

“My room was facing High Street but it was very quiet. Exceptionally well equipped, too. Breakfast was very good, with all buffet items were clearly marked.
I enjoyed the stay very much, but let me give some negative information for future improvement.
My room was an 'accessible' one, and I pulled one of the alarm cords by mistake and alarm sounded. I eventually managed to 'reset' the alarm and was ready to apologise to a member of staff to come to rescue me. Nobody came. I felt relieved, but I...

“Room and bed are cleaned well and morning breakfast is served also good.
But ventilation is not good. Doesn't have any air conditioner so room is filled with hot air when checked in. Hotel is closed to road so that buzzing vehicles noise comes into window over night make me hard to sleep. Electric hot pot is served with stain inside so there's no way to make tea in the room.”

“Fairly average but decent for price. Staff friendly enough but did not explain anything. Suppose they thought it was self explanatory that room key was also key for front door; and to help ourselves to table and food at breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room snug, cosy, quiet and clean. Same for bathroom. Snib removed from Yale lock in bedroom so could not lock ourselves in overnight, which was disconcerting (imagine it is so management can access). Breakfast luke warm but fine. Fine for price and for...

“We travelled as a couple with our dog. From arrival all staff were very friendly and welcoming and explained local walks (with a map) that we could do with our dog.
The room was exceptionally well kept and clean with lovely finishes. We had a balcony looking out over lush gardens and we could hear the river flowing which was beautiful.
We had dinner and breakfast both exceptionally and good value.
The lounge area was lovely and great place to chill. For an old mill it looks so well kept and...
