10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean and comfortable, there is a coffee machine to make coffee/tea in the room, and the room was cleaned everyday. The heated pool was a nice bonus for our stay! It was a big pool with a shallow and deep end, towels and pool chairs were provided, and the fact that it has warm water was so nice. Even though we didn't use it this time, the gym room looked clean and had a variety of workout equipment, and there is a sauna and steam room too, which is great. The hotel had free parking during our stay which was excellent because not a lot of hotels do! The staff were friendly and made check-in/check-out easy. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the Namur metro station which was very convenient! Overall we had an excellent stay and we would come back!"
