"Staff was helpful, my room was chilly and they immediately tried calling someone to fix it. Location is 10/10. So convenient. Room was spacious and bathroom had luxury feel. However for almost 500 a night I had no view of any sort my room faced a wall and also no coffee or kettle or anything in the room."

"This is a nice place to stay in midtown Manhattan. It’s convenient to Broadway and Central Park. The rooms are well appointed with both a fridge and a microwave. The beds and linens are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, especially the bellhops. The elevators can be a bit slow during peak times, but they were not terrible. Overall it’s a pretty good value."

"We checked in very late due to flight delay. But the front desk staff were very helpful and gave us rooms as we booked without issues. Also, kindly remind us World of Hyatt member’s benefits. So, we got 2 bottles of water for free and later check out. The hotel’s location is so convenient that we can walk to our most spots within 15 minutes, such as Broadway show, Time Square, Empire State Building, AMNH, Fifth Avenue and Bryan Park, etc. Last but not least, the hotel offers free breakfast which has a lot of choices. Probably the staff shortages happening during our stay, one of our rooms did not being cleaned up on time."

"Perfect location. Times Square is right there. Everything you need, included a parking garage, is right at the hotel. The subway is across the street. You can stay at this hotel and go anywhere around NY. It was clean. The staff was well trained and informed and professional. I found my hotel when I come to NYC and it’s this one. No need to go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend"

"The staff and the location of the New Yorker made for a perfect trip! Mohamed at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, as it was our 1st trip to NYC. The hotel location was central to everything we wanted to do and just a block from Madison Square Garden. Unbeatable for the price! We would definitely stay here again."
