The villa was clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The customer service was outstanding! The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. It truly made a difference in our experience. Overall, this hotel...

“Awfully unhygenic. Dirty bed sheets. Faeces still in the toilet bowl. A used ash tray smelling very bad. Dirt and filth everywhere. Damp floors and ceilings. Completely rundown. No AC (as advertised) Shower and taps broken. Now they won't respond to hotels.com to Initiate a refund. Absolute joke.”
