“Staff and room were really nice”

“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“This is one of the cutest places we have ever stayed! Perfect location within walking distance to everything on Broadway. The staff is amazing and so attentive to everything you could need. The room was cozy with a super comfortable bed. We were in a room with no window but it had high ceilings and an open feel so you didn’t even notice it. Next time we are in Nashville, this is definitely where we will stay again!!”

“The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff here is more then awesome and makes you feel like your home. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. There is always a person at the front desk 24/7 to help or get whatever you need. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me and my husband feel like we are at home with family. ”

“Unfortunately the hot tub was not hot, but they did give us a credit on our bill. Overall the place was nice and the room was clean and in good shape and it was a good neighborhood”
