“I'm a Nashville local and needed somewhere to stay while power was out for most of the downtown neighborhoods due to a bad ice storm. Great location and the room was nice with a full sized fridge and oven so I could cook some meals. Staff were so nice and did a great job of dealing with all the chaos of so many displaced locals and their pets. ”

“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff here is more then awesome and makes you feel like your home. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. There is always a person at the front desk 24/7 to help or get whatever you need. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me and my husband feel like we are at home with family. ”
