“Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible. Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly”

“항상 만족하는 드루리 숙박입니다. 그런데 이번에는 한밤 중에 화재경보가 울려서 잠을 잘 못 잤습니다. 그 상황에 대한 어떤 설명도 없었고, 체크 아웃할 때 까지도 사과 한마디 듣지 못했습니다. 많은 숙박객들이 새벽에 경보에 놀라서 호텔 밖으로 나와야했던 상황에 대해서 누구도 설명도, 사과도 안하는 것은 도저히 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 드루리가 문제를 처리하는 방식을 처음 제대로 들여다 본 결과 신뢰하기 어렵다는 생각이 들었습니다.”

“Hotel was nice. But A/C was a problem in the hallways and some rooms.”

“Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and personable. The pool was at a great temperature. Unfortunately the Jets in the hot tub were not working. On our last day, the breakfast was delayed in opening because of a staffing issue, but the front desk staff handled it really well. Good variety at breakfast and nice common area near the lobby to play games with our family. We would stay there again.”

“Would give it a 5 Star rating except for 2 things. 1) More parking space is needed. Spouse and I went to concert and got back to hotel around 11pm and there was no parking spaces available. Usually, you may blame trucks or trailers being the reason but there were none in the lot that I saw, just autos. 2) For everything great about this hotel, and that is 99.9% of things, their choice of toilet paper was horrific. One ply thin sheeted rolls that you'd expect at an Econolodge or some other 1-2...

“Good: Room and pool are clean. All appliance function well. Value for money. Bad: Booked non-smoking room but has smoking smell (not sure it from vent). Carpet looks old. Breakfast is limited (no orange juice and no meat).”

“A beautiful hotel. very clean, comfortable rooms. The shades on the windows are great. I like a very dark room to sleep on and the shades are top notch. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was great. The balcony was beautiful but I was too tired to use it.”
