“Of the two elevators, one was broken, so everyone was waiting for one elevator, causing delays since you don’t have stairs. You should have stairs. In addition, the room we had was next to the alley and the dumpster being emptied at 4 am was like a bomb going off.”

“We booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation. Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on …....
