“Traveled with my wife and kids from Chicago to watch a bears vs bengals game the hotel was nice and clean,the receptionist what very helpful Had a lot of issues with the parking garage key and cherry on top the lady that’s in the parking garage was very rude and treated me like if I was dumb her job is to help us and was nothing but rude I did let the nice reception girl know about the girl in red shirt overall the hotel was nice and clean but had a bad experience with the garage key and garage...

“The whole hotel had a cute school/childhood theme. The room I stayed in was spacious with a large sized bathroom. What was odd was the furniture and storage. The bathroom had zero counter space and the closet had only a few hangers. One of the shelf was used for holding towels because of the lack of any surface space in the bathroom. The beds were thin mattresses and uncomfortable and the room felt moist at all times. I also had free breakfast with my Expedia reservation that the front desk did...

“We booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation. Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on …....
