Walkable to Nissan (about 30 minutes), Ubers seemed easier to get from downtown than the west end where we stayed last visit, and generally about 8-15$ depending on the time of day. The place was very clean and big. There is parking on the street and the property had parking as well. There is an elevator which is handy. “Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.”

“The apartment looked great. It was a nice change from a hotel room. There was even a washer/dryer. So convenient! Downfall was a bed with a cement mattress, a sofa that was so uncomfortable to sit in, and a casual chair to go with the uncomfortable sofa. Not one chair to sit in and relax. Other than that FANTASTIC. Great location. Just far enough from the attractions in Nashville, and still close enough to get where we wanted to go within 10 minutes. ”

“This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. There is a Taco Bell right under the windows that stays open ultra late, so you hear people talking at all hours of the night. The entire street...

“I would definitely stay again it was very convenient for a group of 6. If your a smoker you have to stand in the bar parking lot. But or spot 113 was next to Dukes bar so it worked out grate for us. The bar can get a bit noisy so if you're a light sleeper bringing ear plugs. ”

Investing in some memory foam mattress toppers would do wonders for the lack of comfort in extra firm beds. We loved the location and all the restaurants and coffee shops we could walk to. It’s a great place to stay. ”

“The property was clean and fancy. Check in info was shared the day before after an extended check in process. We rented a two bedroom apartment for two couples and had plenty of room. If you are staying on the highway side, bring ear plugs. It would have been nice to be able to turn on the overhead lights in both bedrooms.”

“The property had everything we needed on hand. When I had a question I used the app chat feature and was promptly responded to. When I needed extra towels, I had a bag of towels delivered within 12 hours at my door. The room was beautiful with all the amenities of home. For sure using this same location the next time we are in Nashville. ”

“A great 2 bedroom apartment with huge closets. We had three of us and needed the extra bedroom. The location was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Honky Tonks, restaurants, Hall Of Fame,etc. The staff was wonderful, and it has underground parking available. The lights from the pool shined in our rooms and they only had shutters instead of curtains, but that was our only complaint. ”
