"1. The most amazing thing about this hotel is its location. There are direct trains from both Narita and Haneda airports (these two airports are far apart!) to the near-by metro station (Sengakuji), which is just a few steps away on the corner from the hotel. The hotel is also across the street from a new Takanawa Gateway shopping area. This is a large facility, with many excellent restaurants with a night view of Tokyo, and high quality stores. It feels like a good old large scale department stores. You can find a wonderful groceries in this facility. So you can buy inexpensive boxed meals and microwave them in your room, if you want. Takanawa Gateway also functions as a JR train station. It is not a hub, so it is not very crowded and also you'll never got lost in the station. From this station, major stations such as Tokyo main station, Ueno, Shinagawa etc. are just a 10 or so minutes ride.
2. Every room comes wish a washer-dryer combo. It is very quiet. I used it twice. You need to be prepared that in a humid season in Tokyo, drying a full load would take 3 hours.
3. I also liked their breakfast. The quality is good, and perfect for me, a gluten free non-meat person. The staff is also very nice."
