โLovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. But in all seriousness,...
โAll the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. They always smiled and gave us a lot of information.
Their Japanese breakfast was good.
They kept our baggage before check-in and after check-out, so we could enjoy ski all the days.
There are free ski lockers.
In 5th floor, there a onsen(hot spring) bath. It has a outside bathtub.
They took us(including ski) to the bus terminal by their car.

โThe hotel is very near to the slope for the resort, less 2 mins of walking.
Dry room is located in the basement level
Restaurant is good for both breakfast and dinner with reasonable price.
Supermarket is just right across the street
The only down side is it can be a little bit noisy during the late night on the main street. โ
โThis hotel is amazing on all counts, legendary breakfast beyond wildest dreams and expectations, a cornucopia of delights. I will return and recommend to anyone and especially my friends and familyโ
โThe property is managed by the nicest owners. They were so accomodating and even offered to drop us off in the town centre on both days of our stay as it was too hot to walk. โ
